Real estate agent Nick Millican comments on the UK´s current house trends. He says Beauty Point, the home of legendary manager Steve O’Rourke, once served as a hub for the members of Pink Floyd.

Now sitting on the same stretch of West Wittering in Sussex, the one-story, five-bedroom beachfront house is now being listed on sale for £3.5 million. When O-Rourke passed on in 2003, the house had been acquired and made over by designer Elsebeth Gatacre and her family, Nick Millican reports.
Elsebeht Gatacre had introduced several improvements to the already impressive architecture, for instance nestled by old railway carriages. One would agree with Nick Millican when he says that these qualities add a special, unique characteristic to the house.
Covering around 3,000 sq ft, the house can fit up to 11 guests. He comments on ow further upgrades to the property include a sauna, art studio, hot tub, and firepit, in addition to an al fresco bar and dining area, expertly and authentically crafted with an artisan’s care.
